Thank you for choosing The Herb Corner. Because we specialize in natural herbal goods, all products are handled and stored in accordance with strict quality and safety standards. Due to the sensitive nature of herbal items, all sales are final.
1. All Sales Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products. This policy applies to all purchases made:

- Through third-party platforms
Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final and non-reversible.
2. Reason for Policy
Herbal products—including raw herbs, teas, oils, and tinctures—are consumable and environmentally sensitive. After leaving our possession, we cannot guarantee the following:
- Proper storage conditions
- Protection from contamination
- Product integrity
- Authenticity of returned goods
For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we cannot restock or resell any returned herbal items. Therefore, returns and refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
3. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that each item selected is exactly what they intend to purchase prior to completing the transaction. We strongly encourage customers to:

- Verify ingredient names and product types

- Confirm quantities and selections

4. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged due to carrier handling, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents. While refunds will not be issued, we may, at our sole discretion, file a carrier claim or offer a replacement if applicable.
5. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order confirmation details immediately after purchase. Errors must be reported within 12 hours of placing an order. After that window, orders may already be processed and cannot be modified or canceled.

We reserve the right to refuse future service to any customer who disputes or attempts to reverse charges in violation of this policy.
